Children’s spaces and supplies will be disinfected regularly.

All servants will wear protective masks.

Sanitizer will be provided in each classroom.

Each person coming to one of our ministry spaces will be screened before being allowed to enter.

Servants wearing gloves will check in all families, providing parents and children with nametags.

While in class, children will receive age-appropriate teaching designed to help them grow in their love for God and His Word.

To prevent the spread of COVID-19, we ask that you please perform a screening before you bring your child to church using the questions below:

• Has your child been asked to self-isolate or quarantine by a medical professional or a local public health official?
• Does your child currently have a temperature of 100.4° or higher without having taken any fever reducing medications?
• Has your child had close contact (within 6 feet for at least 15 minutes) with a person confirmed to have COVID-19?
• Does your child have a new uncontrolled cough that causes difficulty breathing? For children with a chronic allergic or asthmatic cough, has there been a change in their cough from baseline?
• Does your child have diarrhea?
• Has your child been vomiting?
• Does your child have abdominal pain?
• Has your child recently experienced the onset of a severe headache, especially with fever?

If the answer to any these questions is yes, we ask that you do not bring your child to church.

Before dropping off your child, please wash or sanitize your child’s hands. Sanitizer will be provided.

If your child is potty-trained, please ensure that your child has recently used the restroom. Restrooms are located near each of our Children’s Ministry spaces.

Please begin your visit by checking in your child.

• Faith East – Returning preschool and elementary school students should be checked in at their classrooms. Returning infants should be checked in at the nursery. Those who are participating in our Children’s Ministry for the first time should register at the northeast corner of the church building. New families with children under 2 may also register in the Nursery.
• Faith West – Check-in for returning family and new family registration take place at the entrance to the Preschool.
• Faith North – Check-in for returning families and new family registration take place in front of the PlaySpace.

When you arrive, markers on the floor will indicate where you should stand.

A servant will ask if you performed an at-home self-screening. Those who have not conducted a self-screening have their temperatures checked and will be asked to answer several screening questions.

A servant will check in your child using your phone number. They will also provide you with a label that you will use when you return to pick up your child.

A corresponding label should be placed on your child’s clothing.

For younger children, an additional corresponding label should also be placed on your child’s diaper bag, which will only be accessed if necessary. Families worshiping at Faith West, should hang diaper bags on the hooks outside the classroom, ensuring that the label bearing your child’s name is visible. For infants that tend to drool, we ask that you please pack extra bibs.

After checking in your child, you may depart to participate in the worship service or your Adult Bible Fellowship.

When you arrive to pick up your child, markers on the floor will indicate where you should stand.

Please be ready to show your pickup label to one of our servants who will verify that the unique code on your tag matches the code on your child’s label. It is not necessary to hand your pickup label to a servant.

At Faith East and Faith North, a servant will return your child and his/her diaper bag (if applicable). Faith West families should retrieve diaper bags from the hooks outside the classroom.

Before leaving, you will be asked to notify our church office if your child or a family member should test positive for COVID-19 within two weeks of your visit.
