Reaching Out - believing that a changed life enables us to reach those without Christ in a way that is faithful and creative.

Serving Together - believing that God wants us to challenge and equip our members to serve Him, and that He wants every member serving.

Meeting Needs - believing that our church should address community concerns by doing good works and sharing biblical truths.

Strengthening Others - believing that God is pleased as we seek to strengthen other pastors, missionaries, and key lay leaders.

Women's Ministry Mission & Values

Our Mission

The mission of Faith Church's Women's Ministry is to equip the women of Faith to live godly lives, to encourage them to love one another and influence our community in ways that magnify God’s goodness.

Our Values

Local Church Focus - Believing that God’s plan is accomplished through the local church, our ministries not only flow from the church but also seek to help women become active participants in God’s work through the local church.

Relationally Driven – believing that the following values are best accomplished in relationships with others. These relationships are for the purpose of displaying the character and values of Christ. Relationships are the method in which we do that, either as ambassadors or builders.

  • Growing Stronger - believing that God has a plan for every Christian woman’s growth and that He wants godly lives and families built.
  • Reaching Out – believing that a changed life enables us to reach those without Christ in a way that is faithful and creative.
  • Serving Together - believing that God wants us to challenge and equip our women to serve Him, and that He wants every woman serving.
  • Meeting Needs - believing that our ministries should address community concerns by doing good works and sharing biblical truths.
  • Strengthening Others – Believing that God is pleased as we seek to strengthen other women, our passion is to instill in these women the soul satisfying way of life expounded in Titus 2:3-5. We desire for the women to learn the joy of investing in others as a result of the investment in them.
Women's Ministry Philosophy

Truth

Ensuring that women who participate in any of our ministries are hearing biblical truth

Connection

Creating an environment where women can connect to each other and begin or deepen godly relationships

Resources

Providing women information and connecting them to other resources and ministries that would benefit them

All of our events will incorporate all three elements (truth, connection, resources) but in varying degrees:

  • Outreach events will prioritize connection while including clear gospel truth and ways to access resources.
  • Discipleship events will prioritize learning truth at a deeper level in the context of relationships.
Women's Ministry Resources

These resources are curated and provided to further equip and strengthen you personally and as you seek to help other women. Please refer to Women’s Leadership Requirements to see the specific resources required to become a women’s ministry leader.
