What Participants Are Saying about our Master of Divinity Program
Faith Bible Seminary's model of seminary training has greatly benefited our ministry. It has allowed us to have another staff member who is able to serve our church on a daily basis. It has allowed the staff here to be involved in discipling and training a future ministers for the Lord. And it has encouraged our congregation to see servants of God being trained and growing and serving the Lord through their financial commitments.
-Rick Oliver (Pastor of Portage Avenue Baptist Church, participating in our local church partnering program)
FBS is truly all about ministry training. The training is top-notch, academically rigorous, biblically faithful, and intellectually stimulating. Yet the training is carried out in the setting of a local church ministry, where the students are continually challenged to take the insights from the classroom and live them out in the daily work of shepherding God's flock.
- Ben Whipple (Kossuth Street Baptist Church Student Intern)
The FBS model is unique and effective. Nowhere else can you get a solid, biblical education integrated with hands-on, practical ministry training. This is truly a shift for the better in the seminary paradigm. I can think of no place better to pursue theological and ministry training than within the context of a local church partnering model. I praise God for FBS and its visionary leadership.
- Brad Franklin (MDiv 2010; Senior Pastor, St. Giles Christian Mission London, England)
As a local assistant pastor, Faith Bible Seminary has been convenient and has immediately impacted my spiritual growth and ministry within our church. The church-based model of FBS adds a practical ministry aspect to education along with quality academics. I would not want to do seminary any other way.
- Justin Hutts (MDiv 2010; Missionary to northern Africa)
